Great question! We use all natural dyes, derived from the earth, including roots, wood, leaves, flowers, insects and rust.

They certainly will! All our items go through necessary pre-treatment processes to ensure our dyes are colour-fast.

Not usually. In fact, with proper treatment, the colours will remain almost exactly as they are when you receive them. With time, sun and washing, you can expect minor fading, similar to most coloured clothing. 

We’re glad you asked. Natural dyes have the potential to shift colour in very high or very low pH levels, which is part of the beauty of natural dyes. However, to keep your colours the same as when you purchase them, wash with a pH-neutral soap in cold water, then hang to dry. 

All of our items are one of a kind. As with nature, you will not find one thing identical to another. With the exception of a solid dyed-item, our products are all unique and though we can ensure colour combinations and similar patterns are achieved, no one item is identical to another. Each is truly unique in its own way! We love that!

Processing your order may take up to two business days after order is placed. Delivery within Canada usually takes an additional two to four business days. Delivery to the US will be an additional four to six business days (delays due to customs drive us crazy, too, but they’re out of our control).

Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number along with your shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

Yes, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and we will refund the cost of the item upon receiving your return. The piece must be in its original condition with tags.
